How To Play Java Games And Apps Without Emulator On Android

how to run or play java/j2me (jar and jad) apps on Android phones and tablets without java emulator for android.
prior to the time of Android popularity, many people were all using the then popular java phones(s40) which were feature phones, but now Android smartphones has taken over, many have now moved to Android as such some still miss some oftheir favorite java apps and games. In this post I'll be showing you can install and run these jar and jad apps and games without the use of emulators.
I hate emulators and many other people do too because many java/j2me emulators for android are clumsy. This pocess I'll be showing you is more of a convertion method or process, inwhich the j2me app, java app, jad/jar app is converted to android apk file and then finally installed on your Android smartphone or tablet.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. A computer or better still an Android device (Android smartphone or Tablet
  2. Data connection(Internet connection);
    for the sake of the convertion because it"ll be done online
  3. A copy of the java app or games which to convert;
    in this you can have a copy of the j2me file or a link(url) to the j2me file, anyone will do but for the sake of less data consumption and flxible handling a link(url) will be better

HOW TO CONVERT J2ME/JAVA APPS TO APK/ANDROID APPS
Once you've got all the requirements as stated, you go to http://www.netmite.com/android/srv/2.0/getapk.php
when at the site, under the word 'converter' you'll see options which to begin the conversion
1.First is the one labeled 'option 1(preferred', this option require you to paste the link(url) of the java game or app in the space provided but if you don't have the link(url), i.e what you have is the java app or game itself move down to 'option 2' 2.Next is labeled 'option 2', this option is incase you've already downloaded the java/j2me file to your android or computer, under this option, there are two uload methods
  1. labeled 'choose the jad file to upload'-this first method is for java files that ends in .jad extension
  2. labeled 'choose the jar file to upload'-this upload is for java files that ends in .jar extension

so the first upload option labeled 'choose the jad file to upload' is java files that the name ends in .jad extensions, so go back to your downloaded file and check, it can eiither be .jad or .jar. once done, if its .jad you upload it from the first upload option but if its jar you use the second upload option.
After doing any of the above, move to the next step with other 'optional' settings which are not a must. they are a check box labeled 'display custom screen size' once you check/tick the box, you go down to a drop down menu labeled display custom screen size', in tis menu you select screen size of your app or game.
the other optional stuffs there are not importan(even this last one I mentioned) so just leave them.
After doing everything, the last this to now click on the button "Get Apk'
the converted java/j2me file(now in apk fomat) will be provided to you for download.
That's all.
